Who are we?

We are a team comprised of a Bar owners, hospitality entrepreneurs and events managers with over 30 years of experience. Alongside us is a collective of some of the best companies in the South West, if not the UK, ranging from Music agencies to Wine Distributors. We have worked alongside and consulted on 6 of the top drink events in the UK spanning over the past 8 years. From that, dreamed up our own drink event that supports exhibitors, attracts customers and drives advertising and marketing for products.

This year we have grown enormously in the size and situation of the venue, right in the centre of Cheltenham and we know how to make a good first impression!

 

What do the attendees get?

  • To choose between hundreds of products to try

  • To be able to buy your product over the stand OR have delivered to their own home (something few festivals are able to do)

  • They can buy a signature serve, glass or cocktail from your stand that showcases your product.

  • Carnival games and competitions

What do you get as an exhibitor?

  • Visitors to our shows can come and chat to you and receive free samples of as many of your products as you wish. You can sell them bottles directly and also a glass, signature serve or cocktail, keeping any profit you make on the day. Alternatively all products will be available at the onsite shop and through delivery if you have no way of taking payment yourself. (Normally a trade stand will sell 20 units per session for spirits and 40 for Wine/Beer/Softs)

  • We found from our personal experience that 75% of attendees at similar festivals only purchased 1-2 bottles of spirits or wine, because they did not want to carry more than that. When we trialled the festival in 2019 with a delivery service, customers stated that they were able to buy more and feel less guilty about the amount of alcohol being purchased when it was to be delivered instead! Every person said they spent 100% more than they intended to or higher. This delivery service will be available to all exhibitors through a couple local distributors and a price shall be agreed ahead of time. Last year 3 exhibitors (11 products) were listed with a new distributor as a direct result of our event.

  • One of the most reasonable priced stands anywhere in the UK. We want you to come back year on year!

  • You may host a workshop or cocktail masterclass at no extra charge (first come, first serve so be fast to get a space!)

  • Bar listings in Cheltenham, you will be connected and promoted to a minimum of 20 venues for meetings

  • Branding opportunities - These will be announced in May

  • Any games/POS/Merchandise you would like to do to engage with consumers isn’t just perfectly allowed, it’s encouraged!

  • Cotswold Wine and Spirits Awards! We have collected a judging panel of the top Sommeliers and Bartenders from Michelin guide and award winning venues alongside hospitality TV and social media personalities. During the day, judges will go round with ‘collars’ to slip over the bottles that have achieved a medal. These will be aired on social media outlets and then a huge follow up in the press after the event.

  • Any and all social media posts you would like us to use and pictures will be added to our pages.

  • Don’t have a stand? We can help provide one for you and make it cost effective to your needs.

  • Can’t man your stand? We can provide staff for you too!
